I went into the one of the seminar and I got the knack of it that individuals and organizations in spite of having all the resources like intelligence, efforts, perseverance still feels stuck somewhere down the lane. I myself had got into that grid a few years back. But alas! At that time I was unable to get the right mentor to push and guide me. In spite of being a super successful business woman, I plunged into this coaching and mentoring field. Since childhood I was very inclined and ambitious to run my own successful business. But I started my own business with a meager loan from my husband and armed myself with my grit determination, sheer hard work and loads of will power.
My business is to transform ordinary mindsets into MIGHTY MINDSETS. My coaching programs help individuals and organizations to unleash the unlimited potential within them. The target audiences are Corporate, High net worth individuals, Celebrities, Elite educational institutions, Political magnets, NGO’s.
Personally I didn’t face any huge challenges as such, only hitch personally was to juggling time as I was and I am simultaneously running a successful realty business. But with time I gradually learnt to manage it. Professionally though it was really challenging, as initially I was unable to grasp the crux of it. I was not so tech savvy at that time which proved to be a biggest challenge. But gradually I figured my way out with hard hitting experiences that the only way forward is through it.
Yes to enhance my skills and strengths I went to international mentors in USA, UK, CANNADA and DUBAI to master certain tools and techniques which helped me to bridge mine and my client’s potential v/s performance gap. I am very glad that I didn’t receive any support at the start of my journey and I never had even expected that, because if I would have received any support at the initial stage of my journey I would never have been able to reach where I am today.
Luckily I have always been very appreciated by my male peers and male family members for my performance and I have never ever seen any gender bias .our society and business should be performance biased and not gender biased. So I feel it would be really worthy if men support and encourage women in business then it would do wonders to the society and business world.
I am extremely honored to be a part of Lakshya Jeevan Jagriti and WE connect as its sole purpose is women empowerment and its aim is to upraise the welfare of women and provide them with an awesome platform to take their life on the next level not only financially but emotionally also. I am really amazed and astounded at the amount of support you have given thousands of women and helped them to live a very dignified and decent life in the adverse male dominated society they have been raised in and that to with honor and respect. Kudos to your efforts. Actually Lakshya has performed far beyond anyone’s expectations and its efforts are par excellence. Only thing I can suggest is gradually to go PAN ASIA as it will benefit women globally also.
