Laxmi got married in a well to do family. After a few years of marriage when she informed her family of her desire to work she was cast out by her family.
Now after 15 years of marriage, she has lost all her confidence and self esteem and due to her lack of skills she became fearful and introvert.

She wanted to be independent and had the dream of being a teacher, but responsibilities of in-laws and children became the priority. Her children are now grown-ups and can take care of themselves.
Laxmi was waiting for a platform where she could improve her skills and knowledge and gain confidence to work as a teacher. After taking our programs Aao Sath Maa and Leadership Development Training she is no more the same woman.
She prepared her own resume with her new found skills and went for interviews. Laxmi has also started teaching small kids at her own house.
Laxmi is now continuing on the path she has chosen, to improve her skills to a higher degree to realize her dreams and improve her life.
